What is MyClaims?
MyClaim is a form of submission to escalate any pending shipment issue or claim submission regarding damaged/lost parcels.
MyClaims only cater below issue:
Pending shipment exceeding 14 days since pickup date (SLA)
Lost / partial lost
Damaged / partial damaged
Delivered or returned, but not received
Switched or receive wrong parcel upon delivered or returned
Other issues such as unused tracking number, cancel and request refund of shipping fee, and weight discrepancy, please chat with our Customer Service via HelpDesk.
To alert our team on pending parcels exceeding the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeline (14 days since pickup date)
To swiftly submit a claim for damage or lost parcel.
To Inform our team the issue of the delivered parcel within time-frame.
Sender must submit a claim within the window time-frames, shall you need assistance, kindly contact our CS team via Helpdesk.
Below are the time frames specified for damaged and lost parcels:
Pending parcels :
Within 30 days (starting from the send date) - applies to J&T Express & International, Poslaju, EMS, AirParcel, DHL Ecommerce, Ninja Van, Flash Express, Janio Asia, QXpress, Aramex
Within 21 days (starting from the send date) — applies only to City-Link Express.
Lost / damaged:
Within 48 hours from the date the parcel is delivered, or confirmation of damaged/lost parcel status on the tracking page.

Please submit a claim under the correct category. Shall you need assistance, please check with our CS team.
1) Log in to myparcelasia.com
2) Refer to the sidebar on the left after you are successfully logged into your account. Then, go to the dropdown list. Click ‘All Shipment’
Reminder: Don't forget to update Bank Details for reimbursement to be credited to the provided bank account as follows:
MyClaim > Bank Details
4) Fill in the form and choose the claim type accordingly.
5) For description, please provide complete issues and details for our reference.
6) For any Additional coverage claim for lost parcels (other than J&T), please make sure a police report has been made and upload the documents during claim submission.
7) Read and please tick if you agree with the terms and conditions.
8) Once everything has been completed, please resubmit.
9) Claim status will be updated via MyClaim > Claim List. Please check from time to time. Shall there be any discrepancy in the document needed, we will contact the user via email or you may reach our support via HelpDesk.
