1) Picture of the packaging before shipped out (optional) or description of the packaging (flyers: color/size/brand/plain) / box
2) Picture of the item
3) Put in the subject : pending tracking (tracking number)
4) Email to nurhanis@myparcelasia.com
Any incomplete document will not be entertain.
Soft reminders:
- Kindly inform us if your parcel are still pending for 3 days which is no movement at all.
- If you are not reporting to us in maximum 30 days about your issue (shipment : pickup/drop off), J&T will not be liable for any damage/ pending/lost.
