To proceed with report, please follow the steps below:
- Subject email: Partial lost tracking (masukkan tracking no yang anda ingin adukan)
Subject email: Partial lost tracking (insert the tracking no)
- Nyatakan tarikh item di pick up/ drop off
Please state the pick up/drop off date as in the system
i) Gambar pembungkusan sebelum penghantaran atau maklumat pembungkusan (jika menggunakan flyers, sila nyatakan warna, size, brand). Jika anda tidak mengambil gambar parcel yang sebenar sebelum dihantar, sila sediakan "mock up" yang sama seperti parcel tersebut.
