HOW TO REPORT J&T DAMAGED ITEM ?

Laporan untuk kerosakan barang hanya diterima dalam 48 jam selepas tarikh penerimaan

Report for damage item only will be accepted within 48 hours upon delivery.

1) Sample packaging image before shipped out by the seller.

2)Picture of the item before shipped out

3) Packaging image upon received by the buyer/customer.

5)Date of shipment posted out

Tarikh penghantaran 

6)Invoice/receipt as evidence of price of the items and transaction between seller and buyer

Invois/resit sebagai bukti harga barang dan transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli

7)Put in the subject Damage parcel (tracking number), email to ops@myparcelasia.com.
