In view of the recent announcement by Government on the Movement Control Order starting 1 June (MC0 3.0), please expect some service delay with pick ups and deliveries . This is further impacted with areas being declares as TEMCO (Targeted Enhanced Movement Control Order) from time to time whereby we do not access to these areas.
Our team members have been advised to strictly observe the SOP in so for as physical distancing and constant cleaning their hand with sanitizer while on the road. However, despite this some of our team members do inevitably come into contact with those whore are positive. This will result in quarantine, office being sanitized, and office closed until the test results are available.
Meanwhile we are also experiencing a surge of parcel volume especially for Seremban, Gelang Patah and Butterworth branch that might resulted on a slight delay on delivery. However, rest assured we are doing our utmost to ensure smooth delivery given the current circumtances while at the same time, ensuring the safety and health for our delivery team.
