HOW TO CALCULATE VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT

Dear Value Users,
Kindly pay attention if you are using a box or shaped packaging.
You are required to:
1. Weight the item together with the box after the packing is done.
2. Calculate the Volumetric Weight as follow:

| J&T Express | L x W x H / 6000 |
| All international courier providers | L x W x H / 5000 |
Important Notes:
*To fill in the dimensions of the box (including any type of shaped item), please select "self wrap/box" in the "size parcel details" section.
*Rates will be charged based on any highest values for dimensional and weight measurement.
*Items such as bed sheets, carpets, prayer rugs, pillows, and boxes (all shaped items) are required to fill in both the weight and the dimensions of the item.
*Should you have any weight discrepancy issues, an automatic deduction will be notified via email.
