How do I sign up with MyParcel Asia?
Register with MyParcel Asia by creating an account.. no charges will be applied for sign up. Click on the SIGN UP NOW button on our menu to register.

How do I use the services once I have created an account with MyParcel Asia?
Step 1: Log In using your account.
Step 2: Get the rates by keying in the delivery postcode... the weight of the item and dimensions of the parcel.
Step 3: Select your courier service provider and pickup time/date.
Step 4: Key in the information for delivery.
Step 5: Confirm your delivery booking.
Step 6: Make the payment of your delivery booking.
Step 7: Print out airway bill and secure it on your packaged parcel or document.
How do I package my parcel securely and properly?
Parcels must be packaged using appropriate stationaries such as shipping boxes or satchels to prevent any damages.
Can I send packages without using flyers?
Yes you may. But please wrapped you package neatly and secure your consignment note on your package.
How do I determine the weight of my shipment?
Use a weighing machine to have an accurate weight of your shipment... Parcels are to be weighted using Actual Weight based on Kilogram (KG) and..or Volumetric Weight based on the dimensions of parcel.
What happens if there are weight discrepancies?
For parcels with over declared weight.. MyParcel Asia will credit the difference into the account.. and for parcels with under declared weight.. MyParcel Asia will charge the difference at our full tariff rate.
Where can I get satchels or stationaries for packaging?
If you are eligible for free satchels... you may directly request for it from MyParcel Asia to be sent to you.
How do I track my parcel?
Click on the Track & Trace tab and key in consignment note number given
What time is pickup?
Pickup time for our couriers is from 2:00pm to 6:00pm for orders made before 11:45am... orders made after 11:45am will be considered as next day pickup.
Can I schedule for pick ups and drop off?
Pickup time will be heavily dependant on availability of the drivers in the area... so we cannot provide you with an exact time.
My parcel has not been collected. What should I do?
In the case of non-collection: collections are not automatically re-booked. If your parcel or package is not collected... it is best to let us know straightaway. We will sort out why the courier did not pick up your shipment. If the courier is found to be at fault... we will re-book collection for the next day. If you prefer to cancel the shipment or have your booking refunded as credit to your MyParcel Asia account... that can be done too.
Can I self lodge parcels for deliveries?
Yes. Go to nearest courier service centre to drop off your parcel. Request for PL9 pink form at the counter... fill in and you may hand over your parcel over the counter.
How do I cancel my order?

Do you have hidden costs?
Our pricing structure is completely transparent. We don’t have any hidden charges or cost. Prices stated are nett. There’s a quick calculator provided on our website where you can check the rate and make your booking immediately.
What is volumetric weight means?
Volumetric weight... sometimes also called "dimensional weight"... is a billing technique which takes into account the length... width and height of a package. Our system automatically calculates the correct volumetric weight for your consignment.
Do I need to purchase flyers..courier bags or boxes?
Use any box or packaging that you have... that can secure your parcel and the consignment note. As soon as you have submitted your booking... print out the consignment note and attach it on your parcel.
How do you handle unattended shipments?
Couriers will not take shipments if there is nobody at the location of collection to hand the consignments over in person. This is to prevent erroneous collection and shipment of the items.
Do I need to retain the damaged shipment that I would request for a claim?
Yes. The insurance of the courier services company may need the shipment for inspection. Also make sure that the consignment is preserved with its original packing. In this case you ensure an objective inspection by the insurance company.
How much is the insurance coverage for Poslaju?
For items less than 2kg...maximum compensation is RM100 or based on actual value of item...whichever is lower For items more than 2kg... maximum compensation is RM300 or based on actual value of item... whichever is lower
How much is the insurance coverage for Nationwide Express?

Do I have to provide invoices for all of my shipment?
Invoice is only compulsory for international shipment.
How long will refund of deposit take time?
This is only applicable for international shipment. Usually it will take between 2 or 3 days after arriving at its destination. But if it has exceed a week... please inform our team to assist you.
What is the best way to wrap my parcel/package?
All items should be packed carefully before the driver arrives to pick up your shipment. Materials such as bubble wrap and Styrofoam or Styroflakes help to make sure that your consignment is shock resistant and can arrive at its destination safely.
My parcel has not arrive at the destination yet. What should I do?
Myparcel Asia is the platform that offers you best prices to send off your parcels... and our courier services partners are solely responsible for pick ups and delivery.
